A chief engineer sent in a photo of a balcony separating from the building, daylight visible through the gap, five occupied rooms below it. The kind of finding that ruins a week and, handled wrong, ends careers.

That photo sits in an inbox while someone scrambles to figure out who to even call. Days to a condition assessment. A week to get a structural engineer identified, briefed, and engaged, while the rooms sit out of service.
